As Creative Lead at Dext, I shape the visual and experiential direction of our marketing strategy — building a brand that’s not only consistent and recognisable but also bold, modern, and user-focused. My role spans concept creation, execution, and strategic leadership across brand, digital, and campaign work.

I lead and mentor a talented in-house design team, and collaborate closely with marketing, product marketing, and development teams to create compelling assets. From paid social and email to product launches and brand refreshes, I ensure our creative output is both high-impact and aligned with business goals.

Whether evolving our design systems, rolling out brand campaigns, or bringing cross-functional ideas to life, I advocate for design that performs
